There is something snarky to be said about Disney releasing a moralistic movie about crass consumer culture… I’ll be sure to remember that the next time my 4 year old throws a temper tantrum in order to get a Happy Meal with some crappy toy in it.
Pixar’s new movie Wall-E is about (SPOILER ALERT) a crass consumer culture that eventually ruins the planet by completely covering it with pointless garbage.
