However Bill Gurley probably doesn&#039;t have a clue himself as to the real state of the company (or even if he does, he definitely has no idea how to fix it).  When you talk to the Gurley man, you have one of these &quot;how on earth did he get to where he is&quot; type reactions.  In other words, you realize how little the man knows about tech.  So if Gurley is on the board of SL, I would pity them because he is likely of little to no help.  This then in part would show why their momentum is slowing down.

I suspect the other reason for SL&#039;s slowing momentum could be lack of focus...</description>
