		<description>See it in decline, but the POTS line still has a QOS that can&#039;t be met by VOIP or mobile.  Our sales guys still all have a POTS line -- not worth losing the sale b/c the connection is poor, the VOIP is echo&#039;y, etc.  For the rest, Skype and the ilk do fine.</description>
