However before addressing that I think there is a deeper problem with the skill level of American(s). I always find it sad to see American(s) quickly say that it is foreigners taking our jobs. We need to step back and look deeper at the problem with the shortage of skills here at home. Unfortunately I think it is going to at least a generation to get things back on track and cannot just be dealt with at a University level. Even then it may be too late. We need take a look at how to change things at the K-12 level. I think it is ashame that we don’t allow foreign talent to work here and contribute to our society.
