		<description>As ever, there is a balance to be found.  There are already laws capable of prosecuting people using a mobile phone in such a way as to be causing a menace (which many do).  We used to call this driving without due care and attention.  But if a silly law can be dreamt up, the UK Labour Government can do it.
The latest advice in the Highway Code (Rules and advice for drivers) is to pull over if the sun is in your eyes.  I predict this will become law, rather than advice, in the near future...</description>

		<description>You think that&#039;s nutty, they banned chasing foxes while on horseback a couple of years ago!

But surely on drinking legislation the US would be tough to beat on dumb laws. So at 18 you can be drafted to go fight for your country but you can&#039;t have a beer? What gives?</description>
