		<description>Thanks, in identity circles there are few names that loom as large as Kim. The problem isn&#039;t that these things aren&#039;t being discussed but rather that developers go for quick-and-easy solutions to identity rather than thinking through the problems and managing the risk.

I think we would both be shocked at how many web sites store our passwords in unencrypted clear text.</description>
