There are more to be sure. These stories need to be directly contrasted to how Spitzer dealt with the institutions and leadership at the World Jewish Congress, Gloria Wise Boys & Girls Club, Air America, New York State Sheriff's Association and others. It's like annihilation versus the wrist slap or even a blind eye! The only mention of this blatant disparate treatment has been by the Chronicle of Philanthropy, February 23, 2006, which stated that "Mr. Spitzer's office spent 16 months investigating well founded internal allegations of financial improprieties at the World Jewish Congress…" The confirmed findings were clearly listed in a Certificate of Discontinuance closing the WJC investigation which is still alive and well. What you see now is the face of the tyrant that had been encountered and written about long before the current revelations of the person called Eliot "The Destroyer". The person that everyone seemed to fear and not want to offend by merely standing in justified opposition or disagreement. Well, what goes around comes around, and often in spades!
