Si sólo saben de Venezuela por lo que ven en TV (Fox News o CNN), entonces no saben nada. Si no pueden leer esto porque está en "spanish", me parece muy difícil que siquiera superficialmente tengan conocimiento de lo que aquí sucede. El plan contra la inflación no es quitar 3 ceros a la moneda. Eso es un plan de reforma monetaria, como se ha hecho en otros países con procesos inflacionarios altos para simplificar los cálculos. Si quieren información, pueden visitar el sitio de la Cepal (http://www.eclac.cl/) y, si entienden español, pueden leer el informe sobre América Latina y ver que en Venezuela la pobreza ha disminuido 12,23 puntos y la miseria 5.8 desde 1999 hasta 2005. Cuando Chávez asume la presidencia en el 99, la inflación es de un 20%, y bajó hasta un 12% en el 2001, para subir luego del paro petrolero y el golpe patrocinado por el gobierno de EE.UU. (or USA, if you can't understand) a 34%, desde donde se lucha por volverla a bajar. Internet no sólo sirve para hacerse famoso, también sirve para aprender, si se tiene la voluntad de investigar. Cualquier información acerca de mi país estaré muy contento en suministrárselas. En español. Gracias por permitirme exponer mi punto de vista. Yesterday our foreign minister admitted that the Zim situation was giving the SA government cause for worry - that tells me they are really worried. The question is, what can we do? Bob Mugabe keeps blocking attempts to resolve the problem because he is so desperate to stay in power.
