After reading Ferriss's book "The 4Hour Workweek" I became keen on trying this out. Now I have a personal assistant in India whom I use to do basic tasks whenever I don't have the time or urge for a fraction of the cost it would be to me in time. It starts out a bit sketchy but after you learn how to optimize your use of it, you really can farm out quite a bit. Jeff, I’m doing this now to some extent with everyday tasks.
