		<description>The AC Transit scheme relies on wifi hooked up to a 3G network, this made me curious to know how T-Mobile hotspots are delivered. I&#039;ll have to get out my net utilities to see what I can find out, but I know for certain that T-Mobile hotspots in Starbucks are fatter than 400k.</description>

Of course, they were charging me 18c a minute roaming in addition to my $ 30 monthly sub...so I was probably the only guy using it at those price points</description>
