The other point that is very relevant to this topic is that passenger traffic through SFO only recovered in the last year, so statistics that show a decline from 2002 through 2006 are probably inevitable.</description>

		<description>Another datapoint to consider is that SFO recently completed its long-term parking expansion.  While it is still expensive to park there, it is almost half of the $22/day it used to be (and there is more room and much better transportation from the parking area to the airport.)  While this is probably more relevant to those of us in the south bay, I am sure that just driving to the airport is becoming a more attractive option to people in SF.</description>
