The NIKKEI has outpaced everyone going from 11,000 to 18,000 in the same period.

While the $ valuation always plays a part in this it isnâ€™t the only factor, especially as investment has been moving to Euros as a consquence of the imbalance in valuation.</description>

		<description>The dow hasn&#039;t gone up, the dollar has gone down.  You&#039;re looking at an index denominated in increasingly worthless paper. 

It was at 10,000 around 2000, and we&#039;ve had %8pa inflation since then.</description>
