I think it may also integrate with QuickBooks (via XML?), but you need to be careful with how you set up your customer and project accounts within QuickBooks (plus how you integrate with task codes) if you used fancy customer invoicing or statement generation. There may also be some subtleties with integrating with online or client-based versions of QuickBooks. http://www.clicktime.com is another good web-based, time reporting tool that I’ve used before for professional services stuff.
