Used this for the first time today, it was the absolute worst conf call setup I have ever been on. Sometimes you really do get what you pay for.

UPDATE: Rod called them yesterday to find out why the quality was so bad. The support person said “make sure nobody is using VOIP”. Crikey, that might be considered a useful piece of information to disclose before people actually USE your service.
