BREITBART.COM – Chavez: Will Nationalize Telecoms, Power: CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) — Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez announced plans Monday to nationalize the country’s electrical and telecommunications companies, calling them “strategic sectors” that should be in the hands of the nation.
