Thanks much for posting on my recent blogpost. I find the conversation on your blog both insightful & engaging. And yes, we agree that it is much less about who gets the latest buzzword right and more about how can customers deploy easy-to-use rich applications that capitalize on learnings from the Web2.0 such as community generated content, beneficial effects of capitalizing on long tail etc. The manufacturer of bikes in China doesn't want Enterprise2.0, she wants a tool to send out a advance ship order that can be used by the barely literate shopfloor worker rather than requiring an MBA and a PhD. Software for real people- now that's tag a line!
