The PSP's capabilities are amazing and add the "adult" factor that the DS Lite isn't coming close to achieving yet they seem at a loss on how to define it. Sometimes it's better to let products define themselves instead of having a room full of suits ruin a perfectly good product. The question is: Will they listen?
