Not much in the way of breaking news or unexpected insight, but this interview is still a good (quick) read. I have to believe that Google is looking well beyond simple search behind the firewall, I’m thinking of how gmail recognizes a UPS tracking number and inserts a “do you want to track this package” on the sidebar. There are so many opportunities to do this within a service enabled enterprise…

But essentially the idea is that just the same way you could look up a weather forecast on Google, you could easily tap into your Salesforce.com system and find out about a sales opportunity.
