With SAP TechEd http://sapteched.com we are trying out different less structured things: BoFs, meet the expert, informal gatherings, ... , but nothing trumps the 2-4 hours hand-on sessions where the developer can actually touch and play with the latest technology. 

If everything works out we will do an SAP Developer Network day before the TechEds this year and that will be again less structured. 

I am curious how it will work out, Mark.</description>
