I completely second your gripe about flash websites. No one ever seems to mention it, but they drive me round the bend !!

Jeff - Nice catch. I thought Peter nailed it too. In fact, I have recently written about the same post and a little about the opportunity I see in applying Web 2.0 to the enterprise. It is increasingly clear to me there is a huge opportunity in this area and that it will be more than simply blogging or wikis, etc. It must incorporate the social and community nature of the Web 2.0 movement and acknowledge the paradigm shift that is happening, but also embrace codifying into business processes. I think the biggest potential impact area is going to be in touching external communities - speficially Customers, with a focus on the marketing and customer service processes. Blogging is part of it, but there is more to it than just that.

Nice blog, it's very informative for a non-tech person like me. After reading Resilient's website I have a much better idea of what web 2.0 will look and feel like and I am quite impressed.

Nice, succint summarization. Very true. That's the reason microformats are so intriguing to me; they allow the human-to-human collaboration process to include machine-readable data--the transactions.
