		<description>Interesting post.  I wonder if investment in the health care area also has some of this same potential.  Given the tendency of baby boomers to want to contribute something back to society, is it time to create investment in new companies that are focused on serving the medical needs of the third world countries?  Perhaps for diseases like malaria, tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS?  Given the massive potential market (albeit a very poor one) I believe that this strategy could be profitable with the right model.</description>
