Tags behind the firewall

Has anyone seen a tagging engine that you can implement behind the firewall? I’ve been looking at a number of MT plugins, but everything I’ve been looking at relies on del.icio.us or technorati for the repository for the tags. My server is behind the firewall and not accessible by any outside services so I need to manage my own tag cloud, ideally exposing it as a cloud in my blog sidebar and a simple search function.
